Seeking an experienced General Supervisor of Nuclear Operations candidate. Must be extremely familiar with commercial nuclear operations and have or have held been an SRO.
Job Summary:
This is a leadership position responsible for the safe and efficient direction of the Site Operations Support function. Job responsibilities include managing a high quality procedures support unit for the site, and overseeing the conduct of safety tagging and operations planning activities. The General Supervisor of Operations Support will also be required to fill a back-up role for the General Supervisor-Shift Operations as needed, and will typically be required to fill an Outage Response Team (ORT) position. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing the Operations Department Continuous Improvement and Corrective Action programs, and is the site lead for Work Control Center Operations.
