Seeking commercial power industry or Prior Navy Nuclear EM's with one or more successful tours of Instructor duty for Technical Instructor (Electrical).
Position Overview:Functionally directs resources and activities, and demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge, in the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training for a discipline specific technical training program. The individual is assigned primary responsibility for the accredited chemistry training program. As the steward for the assigned discipline, the instructor is accountable for program health in the role of “SAT Champion”. In the performance improvement role, the instructor assists the line in developing both training and non-training solutions to current issues and trends. The instructor provides functional supervision of students in the training environment, and models line manager standards and expectations
