Seeking Prior Navy (Nuclear Power) Junior Military Officers with MBA or Masters Degree in an Engineering Discipline.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:This is a leadership development program opportunity where you will be exposed to many different facets of the corporation over an 18-24 month period. The candidates will report direct to either the VP of Technical Services or VP of Manpower. Once the individual has attained sufficient level of experience, they will take over a leadership position in the company.
The exact position will not be defined until the individual and mentor team leaders effectively match experience and aptitude to the right position.
By the current position definition, the individual will engage in a rigorous management rotation schedule with the goal of becoming a high impact, senior level manager within the companies organization. Eventually, you will will have the capability to develop and/or grow client relationships to effectively canvass and penetrate market opportunities within the Power Industry.

Ø Strong presentation skills utilizing PowerPoint for presentations to clients
Ø Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees
Ø Understand office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
Ø Ability to drive projects on time while meeting or exceeding expectations.
Ø Ability to multi-task, coordinate, plan and assume sales responsibilities as deemed appropriate
A level of International and Domestic Travel will be required (25 - 50%)
